A few years prior, Tracy helped my parents with transactions on a couple of homes. When it came time to sell my house, I knew exactly who to call. She is extremely knowledgable, skilled, and professional. She kept in constant contact with me throughout the sale of my home and provided invaluable guidance. We moved from Michigan and we were unsure of the real estate market, insurance and taxes, etc. Tracy did an excellent job understanding our preferences, providing lists of homes, responding in a timely fashion and guiding us through the real estate properties we were interested in.
