We moved from Michigan and we were unsure of the real estate market, insurance and taxes, etc. Tracy did an excellent job understanding our preferences, providing lists of homes, responding in a timely fashion and guiding us through the real estate properties we were interested in. She is fair, knowledgeable, and experienced. Tracy is the first and last realtor in the Florida area that we will reach out to for all of our real estate needs. We highly recommend her. We ended up deciding to rent until we are familiar with the area costs. We look forward to purchasing our first Florida home thru Tracy when we are ready.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tracy Wisneski on the sale of my parent's home, who had passed away. It was a difficult sale for me, both emotionally and because I was representing the interests of multiple family members. Tracy made the whole experience flow smoothly. She helped me prepare the property for sale. Her marketing plan was both aggressive and comprehensive, utilizing professional photos, open houses, and advertising on all of the right media. Tracy did an outstanding job selling my home. She is very thorough and extremely knowledgeable in all the facets of selling or buying a home. Tracy has been my realtor for six years, she has helped me with both buying and selling my homes and has never let me down. She is always professional and did an incredible job with my listing and with getting gorgeous photos of my home. The way she marketed my home was Top-Notch and the brochure she created to leave out for prospective buyers along with beautiful photos on-line was one of the reasons my home had so many showings and sold so quickly. I can't say enough about how much she went above and beyond to do everything she could to show me the right home to buy and to sell my home for me. Tracy Wisneski is by far the best realtor I've ever worked with. She kept us informed and up to date on every step of the process. We received 9 offers and closed in less than 2 weeks. When a problem came up at closing, Tracy was on the phone with the City for over 5 hours and discovered it was a mistake on the part of a Title Company's employee. I don't know if another realtor would have done this.

Tracy had her professional photographer take exceptional pictures of my home, including drone shots, and made a high quality brochure to present to prospective buyers. She scheduled an open house right away and had an offer, over the asking price, on the first day! We accepted the deal and Tracy made the closing go flawlessly. She keeps you informed and up to date on everything. I was so impressed with her professionalism and ability to present my home with the highest of class and with great knowledge of the area.
